Cedar Butterfly Shelter

Every garden needs a house for butterflies! This butterfly shelter from Songbird Cedar is all Western Red Cedar, and made in the U.S.A.

The habitat should be mounted on a stake or post, and has one movable wall, so you can clean it out from time to time. Place a small branch inside so the butterflies have a place to perch.

Measures 17 inches tall, roof measures 7 inches x 7 inches, house measures about 5 inches x 5 inches.

Butterflies do need shelter in the winter weather, and also from predators. You may already find some in your garden in a crevice in a tree or hanging under the eaves on your house!
