Store Hours: Our current shop hours are 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and Noon to 4pm on Sundays. On the second Friday of each month, Dunedin hosts the 2nd Friday Wine & Walk where merchants are open until 8:30 or later. Stop by for a free wine tasting and store specials!
Purchases & Processing
Gift Packages: Gift wrapping is available online for an additional $2. When you check out, be sure to let us know the type of special occasion in the comments box and we can personalize your wrapping.
Purchases: We proudly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal. For credit card orders, if you prefer not to send us your credit card information over the Internet, you are welcome to call the store to place your order. Your credit card will not be processed until the order ships. If you are paying by eCheck through Pay Pal, we will not ship your order until the funds are cleared.
Recordkeeping: Please print out a copy of your order to keep for your records, and for reference in the future should there be any problem. You will receive an email once your order has been made, and again once your package has been shipped.
Sales Tax: Any orders shipped to a Florida address will be charged 6% Florida sales tax.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: At this time, we only ship to U.S. & Canadian addresses. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please send us an email and we will attempt to accommodate you. We generally ship items out within 48 hours, although any orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday may not go out until Monday morning. We ship domestic packages via UPS or the U.S. Post Office. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Our standard shipping is ground, but you can select expedited shipping at checkout. The shipping rates are estimated on combined weight of your selections at checkout, although the actual fee may differ. If the actual shipping fee is considerably higher than your checkout indicated, we will contact you to let you know and ask if you want to proceed with the order. You may store up to five different shipping addresses in your account. Items shipped to separate addresses will need to be purchased in separate transactions.
Returns: We want happy customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in new condition and we will process a credit to your account. Please email or call us first with your order information, so we will know what to expect. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and for ensuring that the item(s) are packed safely. Include a copy of your order or receipt in the package. We do not accept packages COD. Items must be returned within 30 calendar days. Clearance items are not returnable.
Damaged items: Please open your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged during shipping, please show it to the UPS driver if at all possible. Then notify the store within 48 hours after receiving the item, either through email or a phone call, with your order number and we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible. We will pay the cost of returning the damaged item to the store, and the cost of shipping you a new one, should you want one.
